微纳米颗粒复合填充PA1010的摩擦学性能研究
  探讨了硅灰石、纳米莫?#35789;?#30340;含量?#38405;?#40857;(PA)1010的力学、摩擦学性能的影响。将微米颗粒与纳米颗粒的优点结合起来,考察其对PA1010各种性能的影响。具体方法为:用硅灰石作填料对PA1010进行改性,考察硅灰石的含量对复合材料的硬度、拉伸强度和摩擦磨损性能的影响,随后固定硅灰石的含量不变,再加入不同量的纳米莫?#35789;?#32771;察纳米莫?#35789;?#23545;硅灰石/纳米莫?#35789;?#22797;合材料性能的影响。结果表明,硅灰石的加入会降低PA1010的拉伸强度,但摩擦磨损性能会得到较好的提升。固定硅灰石的含量后,含不同纳米莫?#35789;?#30340;PA1010/硅灰石试样约在莫?#35789;?#21547;量为1.5%时有最大的拉伸强度,比PA1010/硅灰石提高约65.5%。纳米莫?#35789;?#30340;加入,使硅灰石/PA复合材料的耐磨性进一步提高。
