聚碳酸酯電磁屏蔽薄膜復合一體材料制備
  使用壓塑成型工藝將聚碳酸酯(PC)與金屬絲網層壓復合制得電磁屏蔽材料,對其進行溫度適應性、耐濕性、鹽霧等測試,并對該結構在可見光波段透光率及電磁波段的屏蔽效能進行研究。結果表明,采用金屬絲網與PC薄膜復合結構可以制備可見光透明、屏蔽性能優良的電磁屏蔽層。在可見光波段透光率為49%,最高使用溫度為95℃,屏蔽效能值為42~98 dB,在0.45~10 GHz屏蔽效果好,可達60 dB以上。
